In Erin’s words

The couples I do my best work with

People ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. I also appreciate clients with a good sense of humor who are open to honest feedback, curious about their own patterns, and committed to practicing new skills both in and outside of sessions. Relational Life Therapy is active and experiential, which means meaningful change will be a direct result of client participation. Clients don’t need everything figured out, or even feel confident at the start of therapy. They just need a willingness to show up, stay engaged, and stick with the process.

My style in the room

Couples therapy with me is direct, honest, relatable, and sometimes challenging — designed to create real change, not just insight. Grounded in compassion and a good sense of humor, my work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I practice Relational Life Therapy, a proven, experiential therapy that helps couples break old patterns and practice healthier ways of relating in real-time.

Clients often tell me they appreciate…

Clients describe working with me as "challenging but worth it." They appreciate that I'm present and invested in their growth and progress, and that I'm passionate about my work. Furthermore, I practice what I teach because the skills are meant for everyone, not just clients in the therapy room.

Outside the therapy room…

Relationships outside of work are important. Connecting with friends, family, or my partner nourish me. I enjoy the novelty of travel and adventure, and I'm equally content to stay home. I also prioritize the relationship I have with myself by taking good care of my mind, body, and spirit.
